Over the years we have invested in creating a cosy home (from what was a farm storage building) and an organic environment, resulting in the olive trees producing some amazing oil. Wild rosemary and thyme have also come back, which we use for cooking. In addition, we also have a few almonds trees which are loved by the wildlife.

The trees have been here for 100s of years and our job is to take care of them to ensure that they are here for 100s more. We are simply the guardians!
