Beautiful property in a stunning location, it surpassed our expectations, perfect romantic getaway, completely self contained and secluded in a magnificent olive grove. The property was immaculate and the owners could not have been more helpful. The villa is situated halfway between Barcelona and Valencia, so both cities are within easy reach, as well as a number of charming towns and nature parks nearby. A real taste of rural Spain, cannot recommend highly enough.

He gozado de una semana de vacaciones en este lugar maravilloso y vuelvo a casa regenerado a nivel mental y físico.
El lugar invita a desconectar, descansar, pasear entre los olivos , refrescarse en su piscina y a disfrutar de las calas y playas cercanas.
No hay ruido alguno, ni tampoco campos electromagnéticos y todo parece invitar a reconectar con la naturaleza. La electricidad es producida por paneles solares (y almacenada en potentes baterías) y el agua es la de lluvia, filtrada y esterilizada para que sea segura para beberla (y la verdad es que me pareció exquisita!).
Una experiencia “off the grid” pero con todas las comodidades a los que estamos acostumbrados hoy y hasta con varios extras (la piscina, la maquina para los cubitos de hielo, la barbacoa, el horno de leña exterior, la degustación del aceite virgen extra de alta calidad que producen los dueños, …). Y pese a eso, totalmente respetuoso con la naturaleza. La finca es muy verde y súper cuidada que parece un jardín. Los dueños han realizado una impresionante labor de transformación a finca de cultivo biológico y, aparte los olivos, se ha cuidado la recuperación de toda la vegetación autóctona.
Un lugar para pararse y volver a sentir, volver a vivir.

Luogo incantevole, dove rigenerare mente e corpo in qualsiasi stagione dell’ anno.
Pur essendo lontano dal caos e dallo stres della quotidianità, garantisce rapido acceso a tutti i servizi .
La pace ed il silenzio di questo luogo immerso nel verde della vegetazione e degli ulivi secolari, lasciano riscoprire sensazioni spesso dimenticate.
In ogni momento della giornata si può godere di sensazioni diverse a seconda dei suoni e dei profumi percepiti netti e distinti ai nostri sensi.
La scarsità d’inquinamento luminoso dona un rara oscurità e nelle ore notturne è possibile abbandonarsi all’ immensità di un firmamento meraviglioso accompagnati dai suoni della notte.
La struttura, pur garantendo tutti i comfort di un abitazione moderna, è completamente ecosostenibile grazie a ll’ utilizzo di energia da fonti rinnovabili ed il recupero e riutilizzo delle acque.
Il tutto nel rispetto dell’ architettura del posto e la perfetta integrazione con l’ambiente circostante…..
La cura e la pulizia degli spazi sono ineccepibili cosi come il mantenimento delle colture.
La piscina inoltre regala piacevoli momenti di refrigerio nelle ore più calde delle giornate estive.

It`s one of the loveliest place that we`ve ever been.
We stayed there with the kids and it was perfect. You have everything you need to relax and having a good time. A good address for Barbecue lover`s own fireplace and a selfmade stone oven. Wonderful.

The concept of the finca is unique they produce their own bio olive oil and we cooked the complete week with it and its one of the best that I
ever had. The owner is such a nice person so thanks to get to meet you:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Finca. The farmhouse is set in a lovely location with easy access to shops, the beach and Barcelona airport. There was also easy access to local villages and towns, we particularly liked L’Ampolla for its beach and restaurants. It would be hard if not impossible to stay at the house without a car, so do rent one if
you’re thinking of staying here!
Alex and Rosy were really helpful, they were on hand if we needed anything and provided us with plenty of information about the local area. We found that we didn’t leave the house too much, the house was relaxing and comfortable. We explored the farm on foot, getting some great views across to the sea and spent a lot of time in the house, sitting outside and eating fresh local fish from the BBQ!
All four of us are in our twenties and the lack of wi-fi was, we’d have to say, most welcome. Alex and Rosy’s house is the perfect place to switch off and detach from the world. We often planned the day before when we had signal, which worked out excellently.
We would thoroughlyù recommend Alex and Rosy’s house!

More than a pleasant and functional rental: the “casa guarda” is rather a real haven of peace conducive to a relaxing and exotic vacation.
Nestled at the bottom of a small valley with stone terraces and olive trees, the house respects its environment while offering modern
comfort.
We spent 2 weeks: quiet days on the property and outings discovered less than an hour by car.
Advice owners are sensible and are oriented, as the spirit of renovating the area, to seek the good and beautiful things.
To conclude, if you want to find quality of life, the “casa guarda” is a real good choice.

OASI DI RELAX Ho trascorso qualche giorno assieme alla mia famiglia in questo fantastico luogo. Ci è stato consigliato da alcuni amici, che dire..,
siamo arrivati in tarda serata, era già buio, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con un buon calice di vino accanto al fuoco di 2 bracieri. Si vedevano solo le stelle e alcuni alberi di ulivo adiacenti alla casa. Ci hanno raccontato che tutto è integrato perfettamente con la natura circostante, cicli naturali di produzione di acqua e energia (il tutto progettato dal titolare). Abitazione accogliente, abbiamo dormito molto bene. al risveglio di buon mattino esco e.. non riesco a credere a quello che vedo, un paesaggio mozzafiato, scopro di essere immerso nel verde e nel più assoluto silenzio (solo il cinguettio degli uccelli). Dall’alto della tenuta si vede il delta del fiume Ebre che sfocia nel mare. I terrazzamenti di ulivi centenari che fanno da guardiani al meraviglioso territorio sopra il golfo. Mai sentito così bene, grande botta di energia. Ci facciamo accompagnare per visitare tutta la tenuta, molto pulita e ordinata con una grande varietà di piante aromatiche spontanee, l’aria profuma di buono. La mia curiosità per il buon cibo mi spinge a chiedere se posso assaggiare l’olio che viene prodotto dagli stessi (N.B. tutto rigorosamente coltivato in modo naturale senza interventi chimici), che dire OLIO ECCELLENTE, da posizionare in cima a tutti quelli che ho assaggiato. Le stelle di valutazione purtroppo sono solo 5. Finca Casita Guarda ne merita almeno 10

Què podem dir d’aquesta finca?? Una finca on si et deixes atrapar pels seus encants, t’enamora al primer instant. És un lloc idíl.lic per passar unes vacances en familia, ja que disposa d’una piscina i barbacoa, i molt de lloc on els nens gaudeixen en plena natura.
És una finca sostenible. La seva energia sobté de plaques solars i l’aigua es recull amb cisternes de la puja amb un sistema que la fa potable.
Destacar els seus propietàris, per la seva amabilitat i el tracte rebut. Un lloc al que segurament tornarem sense cap dubte.

We stayed at this lovely cottage for 4 days and 3 nights and absolutely fell in love with the place. The cottage is very cute and has all the amenities needed. The property is so well maintained and gorgeous. It’s a perfect place where we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of London and completely turn off. The dipping pool was perfect to cool down in the heat. At night the cool breeze was refreshing while we barbecued. The local area beaches were wonderful with nice restaurants to eat. All in all highly recommended if looking for a place to decompress and be one with nature! And still 20 minutes away from modern society if need.

Finca Casita Guarda es un lugar perfecto para todos. Es ideal para una escapada romántica, para disfrutar en familia, o alejarse del estrés de la ciudad con tu mascota. Rodeada de olivos, la casa se mezcla entre el paisaje como si siempre hubiera formado parte de él. Cuidada con mucho mimo, tiene detalles que la hacen especial y te enamoran. La salida directa hacia la piscina que tiene la habitación principal te hará sentir que éste es el lugar donde siempre quisiste estar. Un placer haber estado

This is the second time we have stayed at the Eco Farm. A beautiful location with acres of Olive trees . So peaceful here. Easy to get to from Barcelona or Valencia by car. The house is cosy and has everything you need. It is only 10 minutes drive to the nearest village supermarket, or the beach. Rosy and Alex the owners are so helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is private and wonderful in the hot season. I am sure we will visit again as this place is so unique.

Estuvimos unos dias de vacaciones en esta fantástica finca situada en Coll de l’Alba (Tortosa).
Es una finca con total privacidad, donde nadie puede verte ni oírte.
Las salidas de sol y sus puestas son excepcionales.
Dispone de todo lo que necesotas para relajarte y desconectar del día a día de la ciudad. Escuchar el canto de los pájaros, ppder dar grandes paseos por la finca, su piscina, etc.
Además esta muy cerca el municipio de Camarles y de las playas de l’Ampolla.
Lo que nos gusto mucho de la finca es que es autónoma completamente, la energía es por medio de unas placas solares y el agua es la que se recoge por dos cisternas muy grandes de la lluvia, con un sistema que la hace potable.
Tambien nos gustaría destacar la amabilidad de los dueños, que nos recibieron con unos refrescos y con un bote de aceite OLEAS, 100% ecologico que es el que recogen de los arboles.
Seguro repetiremos muy pronto!!!
